nearby is The Hole. Why not camp at Mill Site Campground since you're here at Hole Trail, and a trip to Millsite State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. This place, Hole Trail, it simply has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff.
| Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Muddy Creek. Hole Trail is a location that is pretty dried out usually. The month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is April. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Hole Trail. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Hole Trail dip into the 10's. | |
