Hop Valley Trail   As long as you like the outdoors you will like Utah. A long drive separates Cedar City from Hop Valley Trail, but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Hop Valley Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Hop Valley Trail is   pretty dried up generally.
