Shafer Trail   Utah has lots of outdoors activities. Shafer Trail is near The Neck which is beyond doubt worth a visit. Shafer Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Anticline Campground is a great local campground. Don't leave Shafer Trail without first paying a visit to Neck Spring. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Whitewater Outfitter - World Wide River Expeditions, and if you came to camp Willow Flat Campground is a great place to do that. A pleasant trip     to Red Sea Flat is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Whitewater Outfitter - Western River Expeditions has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. Dead Horse Point State Park is worth stopping at if you're at Shafer Trail, and Arches National Park is a magnificent national park. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. All through the warmest time of the year here at Shafer Trail, high temperatures mostly get into the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Shafer Trail are in the 10's.
