Watchman Trail   You'll have to go far from St. George to get to Watchman Trail but what a great place for hiking it is. Oak Creek flows through this area, and Point Petty is reasonably close. There's some flowing water nearby, Pine Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here. Blacks Canyon is near Watchman Trail and is a wonderful site; paddling on Virgin River is so much fun. A journey to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park when you're here at Watchman Trail is a good idea,     and you'll meet a lot of people from Virgin here. South Campground is a good campground nearby; whitewater paddling is great on Virgin River - North Fork. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Watchman Trail. Stay the night at Watchman Campground. Watchman Trail is usually a rather dry site. August is the month that gets the most rain while June is commonly the driest month. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Watchman Trail, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
