Bobby's Trail   Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Bobby's Trail in Smyth County, Virginia is the outdoors at it's best. Bobby's Trail is located quite a long drive from Bluefield but many people like to hike here to be close to nature. Hiking in Virginia is such a great thing to do. Hiking trails are all over the Blue Ridge Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Going to Grayson Highlands State Park close to     Bobby's Trail is a good thing to do, and naturally Hurricane Creek flows through this vicinity. So many cool things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. At Bobby's Trail you always meet someone from Troutdale, and there's whitewater on New River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Why not camp at Hurricane Campground while you're here at Bobby's Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Wilson Creek. If you fancy a little side journey, try Dickey Gap, and let's not forget Shanty Branch which is a stream that you may come across during your stay. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Bobby's Trail, too great to be true. Raccoon   Branch Campground is a great local campground. Bobby's Trail gets much water. Most of the rain falls throughout July while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Bobby's Trail with nighttime lows in the 50's.
