Goshen Pass Trail   Hiked Goshen Pass from swinging bridge along Maury R. Turning left and steeply up To Chambers Ridge, and returned via the Hunters Tr. much of the trail poorly maintained and eroded. Nice variety, and very easy once on Chambers Ridge. Trail signs leave something to be desired. Says Carl Hanbury There are many hiking trails in the Blue Ridge Mountains where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. This part of Virginia is always a pleasure     to visit during hiking season. It's a long drive from Staunton-Waynesboro to Goshen Pass Trail but it is a good trail. Finally, hiking time is here again, and Goshen Pass Trail in Rockbridge County, Virginia is a really good place to spend some time. Why not camp at Cold Sulphur Camp Ground if you're here at Goshen Pass Trail; a splendid place to pop by is Chambers Hollow. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Goshen Dam is not far at all from Goshen Pass Trail, and there's whitewater on Laurel Run for all you adrenaline kick people. Calfpasture River is a perfect location to go to, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for   you then, we recommend Maury River. Visit Little Calfpasture River since you're here at Goshen Pass Trail, and if you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Goshen.
