Hickory Ridge Trail   This part of Virginia is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. There's so much to do here at Hickory Ridge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Turkey Run Ridge Campground is a great place for that. Camp One Dam is pretty and it's next to Hickory Ridge Trail, and Hickory Ridge Trail is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Prince william Travel Trailer Village is a delightful local campground. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Quantico     Creek; places like Leesylvania State Park are delightful to visit. If you come at the right time of year, Quantico Creek - South Branch offers some glorious whitewater. A tour to Prince William Forest Park is recommended, and there are plenty of people from Dumfries here. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff close to Hickory Ridge Trail. Clifton Beach is in the vicinity of Hickory Ridge Trail if you're in a beach type of mood. A lot of rainfall falls at Hickory Ridge Trail.
