Narrow Back Trail

  Narrow Back Trail is a trail quite far from Staunton-Waynesboro but it is a good trail. Outdoors people generally like this part of Virginia. A perfect site to camp here at Narrow Back Trail is Stokesville Park Recreational, and swing by Big Run it's a splendid site to stop at. Camping is available at North River Campground; why not a little side visit to Stony Run. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Briery Branch, and you'll most likely meet
    some people from Mount Solon here. There's whitewater on Little River - North R. Tributary for all you adrenaline people. Narrow Back Trail gets a common amount of annual rainfall. The month with most of the rain is July, and January
is the month with the least moisture. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Narrow Back Trail. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Narrow Back Trail.
