Potts Mountain Trail in Craig County, Virginia is a really good place to spend some time. A spree to Moncove Lake State Park when you're here at Potts Mountain Trail is never a bad idea, and you can stay the night at Moncove     Campground. Hanging Rock Valley is close to Potts Mountain Trail and is a delightful place, and float down the rapids of Potts Creek in a kayak. The fine people of Paint Bank like to hang out close by, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Johns Creek. Steel Bridge Campground is a good campground nearby.
