Story Book Trail

  Outdoors people generally like this part of Virginia. There are many hiking trails in the Blue Ridge Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Story Book Trail in Page County, Virginia is a perfect place for getting out. Story Book Trail is a trail quite far from Harrisonburg but it's one of those places where hiking is great.
There are some good whitewater spots on Passage Creek; Browns Run is one of the streams
    nearby that might be worth going to. These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Story Book Trail is in the neighborhood of Browns Hollow which is absolutely worth visiting. If you
came for an overnight stay Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a wonderful site to camp, and the wonderful people of New Market like to hang out nearby. Riverside Camping and Canoeing is a delightful campground nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Shenandoah River - South Fork. There's some flowing water nearby, Georges Run is a stream you can pop by during your stay. All our national parks are great places to stop by, and Shenandoah National Park is no  
exception. At Story Book Trail during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Story Book Trail.
