Trout Creek Appalachian Trail

Trout Creek Appalachian Trail is a long drive away from Roanoke but what a great place for hiking it is. With so many outdoors activities available in Virginia you'll never get bored. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Blue Ridge Mountains where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Trout Creek Appalachian Trail in Craig County, Virginia is just what you need.
Whitewater
paddling is perfect on Johns Creek, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Catawba here. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Craig Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; while you're
here, you might as well go to Millers Cove. Steel Bridge Campground is a good local campground, and as expected Pickles Branch flows through this area. Jefferson National Forest is a delightful place any time of year, and there's some flowing water nearby, Trout Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Trout Creek Appalachian Trail. Why not camp at Dixie Caverns if you're here at
Trout Creek Appalachian Trail. Trout Creek Appalachian Trail gets a common amount of rain. Of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is frequently the driest month. During the summer months at Trout Creek Appalachian Trail temperatures are typically in the 80's.
