Mad Tom Trail   Mad Tom Trail is located quite a long drive from Bennington but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. During the months of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Mad Tom Trail. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down   to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Mad Tom Trail are in the 0's. Mad Tom Trail sees pretty high levels of rainfall.
