Nature Trail   In the Green Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. If you are in Vermont during hiking season you have to go hiking. A long drive separates Rutland from Nature Trail, but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Nature Trail in Addison County, Vermont is such a great place. Sucker Brook is in close proximity to Nature Trail and is always a delight to check out,     and there's some interesting stuff to distinguish at Silver Lake Dam near Nature Trail. Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. Otter Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot next to Nature Trail, and a trip to Branbury State Park revives the spirit. You can run the rapids of Middlebury River near Nature Trail. United State Forest Service Silver Lake Campground is a good campground nearby, and Falls of Lana is a wonderful spot to take a look at while you're at Nature Trail. Stay the night at Waterhouse Campground and Marina, and there are plenty of people from Salisbury here at Nature Trail. That right there is lots already, but it goes on; Nature Trail has it all. Take a little visit   to North Branch Sucker Brook since you're here at Nature Trail. From a rainfall point of view Nature Trail is a reasonably normal place. August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Nature Trail get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
