Appalachian National Scenic Trail

  West Virginia has so much to offer nature lovers. Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and if you happen to be in Jefferson County of West Virginia, Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Here at Appalachian National Scenic Trail there are plenty of folks from Knoxville; some of the water nearby flows, like Israel Creek. While staying at Appalachian National Scenic Trail you could always look at

spots on Whitewater Outfitter - River & Trail Outfitters, and don't leave Appalachian National Scenic Trail without first paying a visit to Yourtee Spring. A good site to camp here at Appalachian National Scenic Trail is Maple Tree Campground. Visiting Appalachian National Scenic Trail is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Camping at Brunswick Camp Site is always a pleasant experience. At Appalachian National Scenic Trail during the warm months  
highs are in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Appalachian National Scenic Trail overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's.
