Birchlog Trail

  Pretty far from Oak Hill you find Birchlog Trail but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Birchlog Trail in Pocahontas County, West Virginia is a perfect place for getting out. A perfect spot to camp here at Birchlog Trail is Summit Lake Campground, and if you're here, you could go to Birchlog Run. Get wet paddling on Cherry River - North Fork; Birchlog Trail is fine enough
    to spend more than a day at, Cranberry Campground is a fine local campground. A visit to Birchlog Trail wouldn’t be complete without a spree to close by Watoga State Park. A quick visit to Tumbling Rock Run next to Birchlog Trail
is a magnificent idea, and paddling on Williams River is so much fun. Birchlog Trail usually gets lots of precipitation. All through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summer at Birchlog Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Birchlog Trail.
