Redman Trail   A visit to West Virginia is not complete without some hiking. Redman Trail is a trail quite far from Harrisonburg but it is a really good trail. Camping at Smoke Hole Campground is always a good experience, and if you're visiting from Cabins, you won't be the only one. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Potomac River - South Branch. If you came to camp Big Bend - Monongahela National Forest is a great place     to do that. Potomac River - South Branch has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby; a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Blackwater Falls State Park. Redman Trail sees pretty high levels of rain. For the duration of July this area sees the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. Through the months of summer here at Redman Trail, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
