  When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? if you happen to be in Greenbrier County of West Virginia, Slabcamp Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. West Virginia has so much to offer nature lovers. Red Run is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit; why not camp at HCS Campground since you're here at Slabcamp Trail. Whitewater paddling is great on Anthony Creek. Camping is available at Blue Bend Rec Area - Monongahela
    National Forest; in case you donít mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Anthony Creek. There are plenty of folks from Hillsboro here at Slabcamp Trail, and Kincaid Run is in the neighborhood of Slabcamp
Trail and is always a joy to visit. Everybody loves Watoga State Park. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Slabcamp Trail while night lows are mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and night lows at Slabcamp Trail through the wintertime frequently fall into the 10's. A lot of rain falls at Slabcamp Trail. The month with most of the rain is July while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
