Woods Trail   Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Woods Trail in District of Columbia County, District of Columbia is a great place to go. Paddling on Pimmit Run is so much fun, and a wonderful location to stop at nearby is Rock Creek Valley. George Washington's Grist Mill Historic State Park is a perfect site to have a look at on a delightful day, and one of the best things about this spot is its proximity to Bathing Beach. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Woods Trail. Glen Echo Park is one of the destinations near Woods Trail that are great to go to, and Gravel Point is very near and is a fine place to stop at. You'll meet a lot of people from Ft Myer here, and Rock Creek is near Woods Trail and is always a bliss to explore. Summertime highs at Woods Trail generally   tend to be in the 80's.
